Warranty Policy

CH Fabrication, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality fabrication and welding services. As our services are custom and service-based, we do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty.

1. 1-Year Workmanship Warranty

We warrant that the services provided by CH Fabrication, LLC will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of service completion.

 

2. Coverage

The warranty covers damage or defects caused solely by errors in fabrication or welding performed by CH Fabrication, LLC. It does not cover damages resulting from:

• Misuse, accidents, or neglect

• Normal wear and tear

• Modifications made by anyone other than CH Fabrication, LLC

 

3. Scheduling Warranty Service

If you believe your service work is covered under this warranty:

1. Contact CH Fabrication, LLC to report the issue.

2. Schedule a time for a welder, fabricator, or owner to inspect the work and assess damages.

3. If the issue is determined to be a fabrication/welding error, we will schedule re-work or repair at no additional charge.

 

All warranty services are subject to scheduling availability, and we reserve the right to determine the most appropriate method of repair or correction.

 

4. Limitations

This warranty is limited to the repair or rework of the defective workmanship and does not cover any indirect costs, incidental damages, or consequential losses.
