Welcome to CH Fabrication, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services or using our website, chfabrication.services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

CH Fabrication, LLC provides custom fabrication and welding services. All services are performed based on the specifications agreed upon in the quote provided to the customer.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Customers will receive a quote outlining materials and labor costs.

  • Material costs must be paid upfront before work begins. This may be invoiced separately from labor or service fees.

  • Final service invoices are due within thirty (30) days of completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods are those indicated in the invoice or communicated prior to service.

 

3. Service Limitations

  • CH Fabrication, LLC performs services based on the information and specifications provided by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for damages or defects caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made by anyone other than CH Fabrication, LLC.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if requested work is deemed unsafe, illegal, or outside our scope of expertise.

 

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • CH Fabrication, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or property, arising from our services.

  • Our 1-year workmanship warranty covers defects caused solely by fabrication or welding errors as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

  • Customers agree to release CH Fabrication, LLC from liability beyond the repair or rework of service work covered under the warranty.

 

5. Scheduling Policy

  • Customers must allow a minimum of 3 business days for a quote and scheduling of work. Work may begin after the material deposit has been paid and materials have been acquired.

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a service and scheduling fee, invoiced to the customer.

  • If a customer reschedules a singular job three (3) times or more, a scheduling fee will be invoiced and a deposit of 50% of the job quote will be required before work is rescheduled.

 

6. Changes to Terms

CH Fabrication, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
